RESILIENCE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY

The Resilience Leadership Academy is an exclusive invitation-only program designed to help organizations scale and accelerate growth strategies for the future by strengthening resilient leaders. By bringing together interdisciplinary leaders for a series of engagements, an immersive learning experience will foster collaboration on the pressing needs many organizations face regarding leading in times of crisis or extreme change, while enabling organizations to promote succession planning that builds a more resilient organization.

Business leaders across industries express that the #1 people issue facing organizations are challenges with mid-level leaders making effective decisions, communicating, and influencing horizontally and vertically across the organization to support business resilience.

Over eight (8) sessions, participants will learn and draw upon leadership approaches and frameworks to collaborate to identify threats to organizational operations and employ a cross-sectional approach to problem-solving. Through this engagement, participants will demonstrate value as a member of interdisciplinary teams and partnerships, and be introduced to crisis leadership skills and tools to demonstrate value for your organization.

The Resilience Leadership Academy is $1,675 per person which breaks down to $70 per person per hour for 24 hours. A minimal investment to address your organization's challenges.
